StoreDot's core technology lays in the innovative compounds, that combine organic synthesis with nanomaterials processing. This unique combination of next generation materials allows for dramatic improvements to the electrochemical properties of lithium ion batteries. StoreDot's FlashBattery™ sets new standards in charging rate capabilities, with chemistry reactions that allow up to 1 minute charging of the full battery. Such technology can disrupt multiple industries, including the rapidly growing EV market.

Mr. Lorber is a highly accomplished executive with over 20 years of domestic and international management experience in strategic planning, operations management, technology and business development and sales with both private and public organizations.

Prior to joining StoreDot, Erez was the CEO of Tri-Logical - a leader in mobile assets management solutions. Prior to that he was an Executive Vice President at The Challenge Fund-a leading private equity fund. Before joining the Challenge Fund, Mr. Lorber served as CEO & Director of Backweb Technologies (NASD: BWEB). Mr. Lorber's rich background also includes CEO roles of Hermes Softlab USA and Deloitte & Touche Technologies, Israel.

Mr Lorber holds an MBA from the Recanati School of Business Administration, Tel Aviv University, and a Bachelor's degree (with high honors) from Temple University, Philadelphia.

StoreDot was founded in 2012 by industry veterans Dr. Doron Myersdorf, Prof. Simon Litsyn and materials expert Prof. Gil Rosenman. The company's technology originates on the synthesis of innovative organic compounds that dramatically improve the electrochemical and optical properties of devices, thus enabling the disruption of both energy storage and display markets. StoreDot has raised to-date $66M. StoreDot team includes an exceptionally strong combination of business and technology backgrounds with 25 PhDs as well as over 30 engineers in the relevant fields of organic chemistry, physics and electrochemistry.

The company has 9 granted patents and additional 28 patents in process, holistically covering the various components of the materials for both batteries and displays, device structure and the entire fast charging system.
