Dr. Erhard Barho is the Head of Functional Surface Solutions at Benecke-Hornschuch Surface Group, a business unit of Continental AG. He started his career within Continental in 1996 as a development engineer for tires. After holding various positions in Germany in China, he became Director R&D at Benecke-Kaliko, being responsible for technology and product development globally. After his studies in Hanover and London, he holds a PhD in organic chemistry and a diploma in business administration.
