Flytrex - Drone Delivery Company
Flytrex Aviation Ltd was established in Israel in late 2013. In 2020, the company received the certificate for commercial operations from FAA that allows them to operate drone deliveries in suburban areas of three cities in North Carolina, the US. Since its inception, Flytrex has been trying to offer on-demand drone delivery for food and retail. As of January 2022, the company employs over 50 people. Flytrex has raised a total of $60.3 million in funding over six rounds. Their latest funding of $40 million was raised on Nov 19, 2021 from a Series C round, invested by BRM capitals.
