Victrex

Victrex is a specialist materials company, developing PEEK and PAEK based polymers for a range of applications. IDTechEx attended a presentation from Victrex at the RSC's PFAS Alternatives Workshop in February 2025.

Victrex, headquartered in Lancashire, UK is a world leader in PEEK (polyether ether ketone) and PAEK (polyaryletherketone) based polymer solutions. Victrex states that it is the largest producer of PEEK worldwide with over 8,000 tonnes of capacity. IDTechEx spoke to Victrex about its materials for electric motor insulation, one of its key markets.
