Remix Robotics
IDTechEx spoke to Glen Cahill, the director of Remix Robotics at the event Robotics & Automation 2021. Remix Robotics is a small start-up with only seven employees, founded in July, 2018. They are an automation design agency and integrator that builds customised robotic systems. They also have services of training, maintenance, and scaling the existing automation systems.

Cassioli Automatic Material Handling
IDTechEx spoke to Jose Luis Lopez Garcia, Business Development Manager at Cassioli at Robotics & Automation 2021. Cassioli is a material handling equipment manufacturer and integrator, based in Torrita di Siena, Italy. They employ about 500 people worldwide. Their active regions are Europe, Japan and Brazil. Cassioli has diverse products that can cover every procedure (e.g. picking, sorting, transporting) in the material handling operations.

Lucas Systems
IDTechEx spoke to James Hart, Business Development Manager, EMEA at Lucas Systems. They are headquartered in the US, but now have a regional office in Bracknell, the UK for the EMEA market. 99 employees now work for this company, generating an averaging annual turnover of about 15-20 million USD. In the event they were presenting only videos that introduced functions and interfaces of their software.

CKF systems
CKF systems is an integrator of warehousing automation solutions, specialising in robotic picking, layer palletising and conveyors. They employ about 30-35 people, and now are headquartered in Quedgeley, Gloucester, the UK. Their targeted regions are the UK, Europe, north America and east Asia.

BrilloPAK
IDTechEx briefly spoke to Brillopak at the event Robotics and Automation 2021. BrilloPAK is a British manufacturer of automated packing and palletising systems. The company now employs about 20 people, based in Tonbridge, Kent, and is active primely in the UK and Europe market. They sell their products mainly to end-users but also integrators. Morrisons, the fourth largest chain of supermarkets in the UK, is one of their biggest customers and end-users.

RARUK
IDTechEx spoke to Ross Lacy, mobile robot product manager at RARUK
automation. They employ about 30 people, generating an average annual turnover of 15-20 million USD in recent years. RARUK is a robotic solution distributor for many types of robotics products, but the primary ones are collaborative robots from Universal Robots, mobile robots from Mobile Industrial Robot (MiR), and robots and components from Robotiq.

Individuals with Alzheimer's disease or related dementias often experience behavioral and psychological symptoms such as depression, aggression and anxiety. Frequently, these symptoms are treated with antipsychotics, antidepressants and benzodiazepines, which often have side effects.

Anronaut was formed in 2002, specialising in automating forklifts for high-racking material handling in very narrow aisles (VNAs). The company is small-sized with only three employees, focusing on designing and building autonomous transport systems with automated guided vehicles (AGVs) for other companies. Increased Cognitive Demands Offset Low-Back Exoskeleton Advantages
Although novel ergonomic interventions such as industrial exoskeletons have shown promise in reducing the risk of musculoskeletal injuries, new research finds that the cognitive fit (where the wearer has ample mental resources available to accurately operate the exoskeleton while conducting their daily work tasks) of such wearable robotic solutions in the workplace may impose newer risks on workers.

Crew-3 Astronauts Launch to Space Station, Microgravity Research
NASA's SpaceX Crew-3 mission is set to launch four astronauts to the International Space Station aboard a SpaceX Crew Dragon on Sunday, Oct. 31. Aboard Dragon with the crew will be more than 400 pounds of supplies and hardware, including over 150 pounds of which they will use to conduct experiments aboard the space station.
