Company Profile (NovaCentrix)

NovaCentrix logo
NovaCentrix delivers economical state of the art processing tool and materials for the development and manufacturing of printed electronics devices. The PulseForge® line of tools uses a patented process to dry sinter, and anneal metallic, non-metallic, and semiconductor inks, without damaging fragile substrates such as foils and plastics. With processing times of only milliseconds, surface depositions can be heated to melting or crystallization temperatures without damaging low temperature substrates. The very short processing times also allow high-speed processing rates, and PulseForge tools are capable of roll-to-roll production at speeds approaching 500 meters per minute. Tools can be leased, purchased, or used at our facility in Austin, TX. The tools ship with the SimPulse™ thermal simulation application installed, to assist in determining suitable process exposure conditions and to assist in the design of the application materials structure.
NovaCentrix also offers Metalon® conductive inks, specially formulated for performance and affordability. The Metalon ICI-series of water-based copper-oxide reduction inks offer excellent conductivity at only $75/kg in volume. Metalon inks can be applied to substrates such as plastic films, paper, transparent conductive oxides, and glass. Contact us for no-charge sample printing and processing.
