Two design nomads are wandering around the world. Ryan and Harc have always described themselves as design nomads. They define themselves not only designers but also observers considerably discovering cultural phenomenon because they insist design starts from culture, which affects human beings in many ways. Both of them have diverse background besides industrial design. Ryan had experiences in marketing field even she got B.A. in history and sociology. Harc also changed his direction after finishing study and field experiences in fashion merchandising department. They had trained in SADI (Samsung art and design institute) 's industrial design department for 3 years. And they relocate the stage to New York for starting their own business. Now Ryan Harc design studio is providing designs to some manufacturing companies.

RYAN HARC is a design studio founded by Ryan Yoon and Harc Lee who are the international award winners such as IDEA(U.S) IF(Germany), RED DOT(Singapore) and so on. Services offered by RYAN HARC are wide ranging from tableware to furniture and lighting, electronics design. Lots of experiences from different backgrounds reflect on their designs. Some of designs such as ' Pocket light : portable lighting design ' and ' Colorless : eco friendly design package ' got a huge attention. Recently the studio produce some manufacturing process and also focusing on developing conceptual design ideas for their own exhibition in Milan furniture fair, ICFF, 100% design in London 2010.
