Dr. Chen is the founder and Chief Scientific Officer at Advanced Biomimetic Sensors from 2006 till present. She has more than 20 years experience in medical device development, especially pioneering in nano-biomimetic sensing and energy storage devices. She holds a Doctorate degree in Analytical Chemistry at Purdue University, Indiana in 1994. For 12 years at USFDA, she was a Principal Investigator and a project manager and she received 13 FDA awards. Dr. Chen is an active inventor with nine patents portfolio. Dr. Chen is a multiple journals referee. She has more than 50 publications.
