Speaker Biography (Xiuqin Shi)Dr Xiuqin Shi is lead R&D manager (Asia Pacific) of Dow Wolff Cellulosics, a business unit of The Dow Chemical Company. She worked as visiting scholar at Kikutani Lab and received PhD in Organic & Polymeric Material in Tokyo Institute of Technology (TIT) from 2000 to 2005. She worked as a process engineer at DuPont Engineering Polymer from 2005 to 2007 in Japan. In 2008 she moved back to China and joined The Dow Chemical Company (China) Co. Ltd. She and her team have been working on providing ideal additives for the electronic pastes for used in applications like photovoltaic (PV), plasma display panel (PDP) and multi layer ceramic capacitor (MLCC).
