From Printed Electronics Components to Integrated Products (Printed Electronics USA 2012)

* VTT has set up a highly capable pilot factory for manufacturing of printed electronics in roll-to-roll processes.

* As components and processes are developed more effort to integration is required.

* Both printing integration and hybrid integration has been demonstrated for several applications in interactive packaging and printing, diagnostics, consumer electronics and sensor system applications.

* Additionally processes for plastic integrated printed electronics allows new product creation with high design freedom and reduced complexity.
