High Energy Density Activated Carbons Prepared from Hydrothermal Synthesis (Supercapacitors USA 2012)

 

Dr. Stephen Lipka has over 22 years of combined academic and industrial experience. He holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science from The University of Virginia, and is currently the Associate Director of the KY-Argonne National Battery Manufacturing R&D Center. Dr. Lipka is also the Associate Director of the Electrochemical Power Sources Group at the University of Kentucky Center for Applied Energy Research (UK-CAER). Dr. Lipka has extensive experience in cell design, materials synthesis and characterization, and electrochemical performance testing of energy storage materials for batteries, fuel cells, and electrochemical capacitors.
