Since 1998, Mr. Shideler has contributed to the development of the emerging intelligent adaptive business process orchestration market. In late 2001, Mr. Shideler´s interest in embedding goal-seeking results management and intelligence into event based business processes provided the basis for collaboration with Mr. Kammerer and Mr. Dannegger, co-founders of living systems AG.

 

Mr. Shideler´s marketing and solutions focus includes intelligent adaptive supply chain execution and fulfillment, intelligent adaptive demand management, and intelligent adaptive lean manufacturing. Evolving distributed intelligence as represented by advanced signalling networks and Auto-ID/RFID technologies are contributing the accelerated distributed computing and intelligent networks market momentum. These technologies contribute to the value promised by real-time intelligent adaptive ad hoc scenario analysis and results optimization.

 

Most recently, Mr. Shideler has represented living systems AG in the U.S. as a VAR and Solutions Provider. Prior to this he was VP of Market Development with a Business Process Management software company where he was recognized for significant contributions to the development of that company as well as several other venture capital backed start-ups where he has served in senior marketing and sales roles. In addition, Mr. Shideler has spent a number of years in the financial services industry serving in senior leadership positions.

 

Mr. Shideler earned a business degree from Purdue University in accounting and finance. After graduation, he joined IBM´s Data Processing Division and handled numerous large accounts in the Indianapolis, IN focused on advanced networking, distributed systems, and systems and application software.
