Presentation Summary

For upcoming IoT world, we are developing Roll to Roll process for PE to manufacture huge amounts of the sensors at low cost. The most important technology for this process is Seamless Roller Mold (SRM) , and we have achieved 250mm-wide Sub-micron Resolution. In this presentation, we would like to introduce the SRM fabrication process and Asahi Kasei's Roadmap.

Speaker Biography (Kenjiro Okuno)

Kenjiro Okuno joined Asahi Kasei Corporation in 2009 after graduating from Tohoku University.
He has been working on factory automation technology such as dialyzer fliter module manufacturing process.
His expert areas are precision positioning technology.
From 2014 , he has been joining a project of patterning technology development for printed electronics and he has achieved a 250mm-wide SRM.
