Environmental concern pushes the needs for more sustainable but also better performing polymers (to withstand the new requirements of the increasing electrified vehicle). Being 100% biobased on the base resin and having better mechanical and chemical properties than other polyamides, Rilsan® PA11 fulfils the conditions to be an excellent material for electric vehicles. In this presentation, the assets of this material in specific applications of electric vehicles (cooling lines, battery packs) will be dealt with.
