Experience: Over 30 years of executive management experience from start-up to large corporation (Bouquet, Quarterdeck, Citicorp). Co-founder/President of Quarterdeck (NASDAQ:QDEK) a leading PC software utility company from 1983-1994. Under Terry Quaterdeck's products were consistently ranked best in class. Its innovations in multitasking, memory management and uninstaller utilities and its excellence in guerrilla marketing resulted in Quarterdeck being ranked one of the top twenty US software companies. Prior to Quarterdeck, Terry was vice president, Citicorp, in various organisations - including TTI, responsible for Citibank's automated teller (ATM) & Citicard. 1992 Los Angeles Entrepreneur of the Year. Boston Colelge, Trustee 1994-2004; Associate Trustee: 2005. Education: BA: Newton College of the Sacred Heart, MSIA, Carnegie Mellon.
