Speaker Biography (Kenji Kawano)

Kenji Kawano studied polymer chemistry in Kyoto University and organic device physics in Kyushu University and made his PhD in the field of organic photovoltaics. Since 1996 he has worked at Panasonic Electric Works Co., Ltd., Osaka, where he started with the development of electrodeless phosphorescent lamps and then has been engaged for the development of organic light emitting diodes and organic photovoltaics.
