Presentation Summary

Much has been spoken and written about how the Internet of Things promises to change the world. Advances in technology are helping us infuse intelligence and processing power into everyday objects, advances in communications allow us to interconnect these objects, and advances in analytics and cognitive computing allow us to interpret information from these objects. But how far have we progressed and what still remains to me done? This session will discuss how these technological advances are enabling new business opportunities right now, and look at the challenges that still remain.
