Charles Cauchy is the founder, Vice Chairman and CTO of Tellurex Corporation. He has been directly involved in thermoelectric technology for over 25 years. Mr. Cauchy has been instrumental in advancing the art in thermoelectric semiconductors ushering in many practical applications in both cooling and power generation from consumer to automotive applications. His latest work involves the development of high conversion efficiency thermoelectric materials and fabrication technologies for direct heat to electrical energy conversion at elevated temperatures.
