Dresden University of Technology is one of the eleven German universities of excellence and with 126 fields of study has one of the broadest disciplines spectrums in Germany - accordingly versatile are also the research interests. The Center for Advancing Electronics Dresden is one of three clusters of excellence. An interdisciplinary research team is working towards solutions for the "semiconductor industry of tomorrow" and our Chair of Molecular Functional Materials is assigned with providing the materials required for that.
