Evove

Evove has developed membrane technologies that can harvest critical minerals (e.g. lithium from brine) and decarbonize desalination and the processing, treatment and recycling of liquids. Its products cover a range of markets including lithium, green hydrogen, desalination, food & beverage and water & wastewater. IDTechEx spoke to Andrew Walker, the Chief Commercial Officer at Evove, and this profile is based on the interview in April 2024.

CPI collaborates on smart filter project

The Centre for Process Innovation has collaborated on a project to advance the development of a low-cost, self-cleaning coating technology for industrial filter membranes. The Smart Filter project used graphene and its derivatives to create a coated filter membrane that offers increased resistance to fouling for industrial waste water treatment.
