By train from the airport (S-Bahn)

The S1 and S8 depart from the airport every 10 minutes and it takes 33 minutes (10 stops/S8) to reach the Rosenheimer Platz. When you reach Rosenheimer Platz take the escalator going in the same direction as the train to the top, staying on the left, and follow the signs to the Hotel through a small passage (Motorama) with shops. The Hotel has its own entrance at the end of the passage. Should there be no S8 waiting at the airport you can also take the S1 which will take you to the Hotel (with 17 stops to the Rosenheimer Platz).

 

By car from the airport

Take the A92 to the Autobahn crossing, Eching, and follow the signs marked "München" on the A9. Take the A9 to the end of the Autobahn and turn, following the sign marked "Stadtmitte", onto the Mittleren Ring Ost (Isarring). Take exit "Tucherpark" onto Ifflandstrasse, and follow this road for approx. 2 km. When the Isar appears again (at the end of Steinsdorferstrasse), turn left at the next opportunity and cross the Isar via the Ludwigsbr|cke (bridge). The hotel is within sight. Get into the right lane in front of the "Kulturzentrum am Gasteig" (big red brick building) onto Rosenheimer Strasse and after approx. 50m turn right at the light onto Hochstrasse.

 

Car Park

There is an underground car park adjoining the Holiday Inn Munich-City Centre which can be used by attendees. The entrance is located on the right, next to the hotel's main entrance and parking costs 16€ per 24 hours, or 2€ per hour.
