I have two discounts I would like to use for my conference registration. Can I use both of them?
No, we do not combine discounts but we will honor the discount that is better for you. These discounts are for attendee places only and not exhibition packages.
What time does the conference and exhibition open?
The conference presentations will run from 8.30am - 6.00pm each day. The tradeshow will open from 10.30am on both days and close at 6.00pm on Tuesday and 4.30pm on Wednesday.
Are the meals included?
All refreshments and conference lunches are included with full conference passes only, lunch will be available for purchase for trade show only passes, please check the agenda for timings. If you have special dietary requirements, please contact Cara Harrington at c.harrington@IDTechEx.com
How can I get to the venue?
Hilton Hotel, Tokyo - details including website telephone number and map, are listed on the conference website under the Venue and Hotel Section
What about accommodation?
The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. To take advantage of our conference accommodation rate Hilton Tokyo hotel, please visit the Venue and Hotel Section of the website where you will find booking details.
Where do I collect my badge from?
Your badge and showguide can be collected from the registration desk at Hilton Tokyo. The desk will be open from 8.00am on Tuesday 2 October and close at the end of the show on Wednesday afternoon. Your badge must be worn at all times and you will be refused entry to the event without it. Please report to the registration desk if you mislay your badge.
Do I have to pre-select the tracks that I want to attend?
No. If you have purchased a full conference pass you will have access to all the tracks and can move between them at any time. The price of your pass also includes access to all the presentations, where we have the speaker's permission.
I have an Exhibition Only Pass, can I attend the conference presentations?
No, your pass will only allow you entry into the tradeshow. However, if you wish to attend the presentations please report to the registration desk and we can advise you on how to upgrade your pass. Alternatively you can email Kathryn Greaves firstname.lastname@example.org and she can provide the relevant information.
How can I network with fellow attendees and exhibitors?

Can I substitute a delegate?
