Steven Simske is a senior researcher at Hewlett-Packard Labs in Fort Collins, Colorado, USA. He is the system program manager for HP Lab's security printing team. Steven has worked in medical imaging, image analysis and recognition, and content understanding for the past 20 years. He has published extensively in the biomedical engineering and imaging fields, and holds 6 US patents in image understanding. Steven is a part-time senior research associate in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Colorado, and an adjunct professor in Physics at the Colorado School of Mines.
