Paragraf is paving the way towards commercially scalable graphene-based electronics devices through the use of its patented, direct-to-wafer graphene synthesis technology. The wafer-scale production of sensors, solid state electronics, solar cells and more is now possible; harnessing the full potential of graphene to realise step changes in device performance. Within 2 years Paragraf has developed and brought its first graphene device to market: a graphene magnetic Hall sensor. This sensor exhibits remarkable and unique performance aspects, which stretch beyond the capabilities of conventional Hall and other magnetic sensor technologies. An overview of this progress to date will be presented.
