Dr Shlomit Chappel Ram,
Additively Manufactured Electronic (AME) devices offers an opportunity for creating new electronic structures that approach the way integrated circuits are manufactured and integrated. This talk discusses some of these new structures both from the process characterization to the application point of view. A variety of on AME integration of coils, capacitors, logic ICs, power and discrete devices ICs will be presented.
