Speaker Biography (Jin Zhang)

Jin Zhang was born in Jilin, China. She received her B.Sc degree in Microelectronics in 2007 from Fudan University , China, and M.Sc degree in Microelectronics in 2010 from Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands. In July 2010, she joined the faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science of Delft University of Technology as a PhD candidate. Her current research concerns the thin-film transistors and circuits fabrication from liquid-Si on flexible substrates.Her work on the single-grain Si TFTs won the best paper award of AMPFD2012.
