The use of thin-film transistor liquid crystal displays (TFT-LCDs) has dominated the automotive display market and there is no sign of this changing anytime soon. OLED is the other technology that is challenging TFT-LCDs, however these are included in mostly premium vehicles and have yet to make a significant push into other types of vehicles.
